Once a parcel is transferred to the carrier, delivery handling is managed by the courier network.
While carrier operations are outside our control, VitalEngine will support you in resolving delivery concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not received, check nearby areas or contact the local courier office.
  • Missing parcels may require a carrier investigation or claim process.
  • If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us promptly with photos.

7. Accurate Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct at checkout.
VitalEngine is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Address changes cannot be applied once an order is in transit.

8. Returned to Sender Parcels

Parcels returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address issues are handled under the guidelines below.
Outcomes depend on the return reason and package condition.

  • Reshipment: Available after additional shipping fees are paid.
  • Refund: Issued after deducting original shipping and handling costs.
